Nauru doesn’t allow dual citizenship. Look at Part VIII regarding citizenship for more details. Although your other citizenship wont be recognized if you have both Nauruan citizenship and another. The renunciation process isn’t very strict as other countries processes. The Parliament has the right to revoke citizenship at any time and yours other allegiances can be “renounced” if you choose to be naturalized.
The World Intellectual Property Organization is a great resource when needing to refer to a particular nations constitutions.
Descent – Children born to Austrians citizens at the time of birth are eligible for Austrian citizenship.
Naturalization – Renouncing existing foreign citizenships and residence in Austria permanently for at least 10 years are required for naturalization. Look below for more information and contact details for naturalization on the Austrian Government Website:
Exception – One caveat is that if you are born in Austria and move somewhere else- you can retain you nationality as long as the other country allows dual citizenship.
For example is you are born in Austria and move to the U.S. to apply for U.S. Citizenship you can keep your Austrian Nationality because the U.S. will not make you renounce your Austrian citizenship
